We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Window
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Free Return Pickup
We offer free return pickup across India. Once your return request is approved, our courier partner will collect the item from your doorstep at no extra cost to you.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at contact@blushbazaar.com or call us Mon–Sat, 9 AM – 6 PM with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we'll schedule a free pickup from your address.
- Your item will be inspected upon receipt at our warehouse.
Refunds
Once your returned item passes quality inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Innerwear, lingerie, and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Items damaged due to misuse after delivery
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, no questions asked.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Exchanges follow the same 7-day window and free pickup process as returns, subject to stock availability.
